📍 Location: Kaiserslautern, Germany
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer for our client in Kaiserslautern, Germany. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and ensuring smooth IT operations – both on-site and remotely.
What you’ll do:

2nd level desktop support for Windows/macOS users

Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues

Support mobile devices (iOS/Android) & printers
- Keep ticketing system updated & users informed
What you bring:

2+ years IT support experience

Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
-
Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCP (or higher)

Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11, AD, MS Office 365
-
German C1 + English C1

Excellent problem-solving & customer service skills
