🚀 We’re hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (Band 2)
📍 Location: Bad Homburg | Full-time

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer for our client in Bad Homburg. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and ensuring smooth IT operations – both on-site and remotely.

What you’ll do:

• 1st & 2nd level desktop support for Windows/macOS users

• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues

• Support mobile devices (iOS/Android) & printers

• Collaborate with vendors for AV and break-fix cases

• Keep ticketing system updated & users informed

What you bring:

• 2+ years IT support experience

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent

• Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCP (or higher)

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11, AD, MS Office 365

• Fluent German + English C1

• Excellent problem-solving & customer service skills
